Jafza Trader's Market

Tirana General Contracting contributed to the development of the JAFZA Trader’s Market project in Dubai, supporting the construction of commercial facilities within the Jebel Ali Free Zone—one of the region’s most important logistics and trading hubs. The project required coordinated construction activities to support functional commercial spaces designed for trading operations, storage, and business activity.

Foundation Works

Tirana GC carried out foundation works that formed the base structure of the development. These works were essential in ensuring the stability and load-bearing capacity required for the construction of the market facilities, executed with strict adherence to engineering standards and construction safety procedures.

Structural Framing

The project also included structural framing works, establishing the primary framework of the buildings. This stage of construction created the structural skeleton that supports the overall form and layout of the commercial market structures.

Electrical and Plumbing Installations

As part of the building infrastructure, Tirana GC implemented electrical and plumbing installations, supporting the essential operational systems required within the market facilities. Sandwich Panel Installation

The construction scope included the installation of sandwich panels, commonly used in commercial and industrial developments for their durability, insulation properties, and efficient installation. Interior Fit-Out Works
